Acceptance of Terms

The User acknowledges that by entering, registering or using Flight Epic's services the User is expressly and unreservedly accepting these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. Flight Epic may update these terms at any time, and it is the User's responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Description of the Service

Flight Epic is an online travel agency (OTA) that provides the user with access to a search engine and booking system for flights, hotels, packages and travel services.

Unlike simple comparators, Flight Epic directly manages reservations and ticket issuance or confirmations, acting as an authorized intermediary between the User and the suppliers (airlines, hotels, wholesalers and tour operators).

The information published (rates, availability, cancellation policies, penalties, etc.) comes from the suppliers and is subject to change without notice.

3. Registration and User Responsibility

The User agrees to provide true, accurate and updated information.

The User declares that he/she has the legal capacity to contract and that he/she is responsible for all transactions carried out under his/her account.

Flight Epic is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the User (e.g. name, passport, mail, dates).

4. Intellectual Property

All contents of the Site (trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, databases, software) are the property of Flight Epic or its licensors. Their unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Privacy and Security

Flight Epic protects the privacy of users in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

Payment information is securely processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.

In case of detecting suspicious fraud operations, Flight Epic reserves the right to cancel reservations and request additional documentation (e.g. copy of card, official identification, authorization of the cardholder).

6. Not Permitted Use

The User agrees not to:

- Alter, modify or hack the Site.

- Using the service for fraudulent purposes.

- Impersonate identity or use payment methods without authorization of the owner.

Any non-compliance will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

7. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Policies vary by product type and supplier:

7.1 Flights

Airfares are subject to airline rules.

Most tickets are non-refundable unless the fare allows it.

Once the air ticket has been issued, the service is considered delivered to the User. Failure to use all or part of the ticket (no show) does not entitle the User to a refund, except as expressly stated in the airline's fare rules.

Date, name or routing changes generate penalties imposed by the airline + a Flight Epic administrative fee.

In case of cancellation or modification by the airline, the airline's policies will apply.

In the event that a flight is cancelled after the purchase has been made and Flight Epic has not been able to create the reservation due to time or availability reasons, a full refund will be made immediately.

7.2 Hotels

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the supplier/hotel.

Penalties may apply in case of late cancellation or no-show.

7.3 Tourist Packages

The packages (combination of flights, hotels and other services) have specific conditions of each supplier.

Once the trip has started, partial refunds will not be accepted.

7.4 General Reimbursements

All refund requests must be sent to contact@flightepic.com at least 48 hours prior to departure date.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days, subject to the supplier's authorization.

The amount reimbursed may deduct provider penalties and Flight Epic's administrative fee.

Reimbursement will be made in the same payment method used by the User, except in the following cases:

Payments with Zelle: Refunds cannot be made through the same channel. The User must indicate if he/she prefers to receive it via ACH, wire transfer or other valid method.

If not indicated, Flight Epic will assign the most appropriate method of return.

In no case will a refund be granted when the User or passenger has not made use of the ticket issued, unless the airline contemplates a specific exception in its refund policy.

8. Fraud Protection

All transactions conducted on the Site are subject to security reviews and anti-fraud controls.

If suspicious activity is identified, Flight Epic may temporarily hold the transaction amount until verification of the purchase is completed.

The User agrees to provide the documentation requested to validate the legitimacy of the transaction within 8 hours. If the information is not received within this period, the reservation may be cancelled.

In case of cancellation, the refund of funds will depend on the policy of the airline, hotel or other associated service provider.

Flight Epic may process refunds only through the same payment method used in the original transaction, except in cases where this is not possible (e.g. Zelle payments), in which case the refund will be made via ACH, Wire Transfer or other means agreed with the User.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flight Epic acts as an intermediary, it is not the final service provider.

Responsibility for the performance of services lies with the airlines, hotels and tour operators.

Flight Epic will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, natural disasters, visa problems, expired passports or any circumstances beyond its control.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barquisimeto, Venezuela or the State of Florida, as the case may be.
